Post micturition incontinence

Post micturition incontinence (commonly known as after-dribble) can occur when men lose a small amount of urine (wee) after emptying their bladder.

Men with prostate problems can experience straining or pushing to urinate (wee), a weakened urinary stream and other urinary symptoms such as frequency and urgency.

Male pelvic floor

Pelvic floor muscles support your bladder and bowel. It is important to keep your pelvic floor muscles strong.
