Continence Health Australia congratulates our Director of Research Strategy and Funding, Associate Professor Wendy Bower, on her appointment to the Scientific committee of the International Continence Society.
With decades of experience as a physiotherapist, researcher and leader in continence care, Wendy has made a significant contribution to advancing research, education and evidence-based practice in Australia and internationally.

As part of her three-year appointment, Wendy will join the International Continence Society’s Scientific Committee for its Annual Meeting, representing the physiotherapy profession.
The committee is responsible for identifying high-calibre research, shaping the scientific program, inviting keynote speakers and overseeing the content of the Society’s flagship annual conference.
We’re proud to see Wendy’s expertise recognised on the global stage with a leadership position within the International Continence Society (ICS).
