Help and support

Financial support

To help with the cost of incontinence products, find out if you can access financial support through federal, state and territory programs.

Everyone deserves to live with dignity and confidence regardless of their continence needs. Access to the right support including financial support can make a big difference to a person’s life.

However, the cost of continence products can be a significant barrier for many people.

To help ease this burden, a range of financial support options are available through federal, state and territory programs.

If you need help to find out what support is available, call the National Continence Helpline on 1800 33 00 66 to talk to a nurse continence specialist. Open Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm AEDT/AEST.
