You can speak to nurse continence specialists who are highly qualified and experienced in continence care. It’s a free and confidential service that provides personalised advice, practical strategies and resources.
Call 1800 33 00 66, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm AEST (times may vary by state or territory). Closed on national public holidays. You can also ask for an interpreter who speaks your language.

We have several membership types, all of which provide discounts to events and learning opportunities.
- Professional membership for those working in medicine, nursing, allied health, health promotion or health administration.
- Organisation membership includes aged care facilities, community health centres, GPs, public and private hospitals, consumer and professional bodies.
- Individual membership is suited to those providing informal care to people who experience incontinence, or who live with continence health issues.
