The Continence Foundation's Health Promotion Officer, Agnes Kesmarki and a local pelvic floor health professional will hold a free, 90-minute information session for women on Healthy Bladder and Bowel Habits and The Pelvic Floor.
Come to COTA SA and hear about all things women's health. Visit the Continence Foundation's display to pick up some tips on maintaining a healthy bladder and bowel. You can also learn about our newest resources and initiatives during our snapshot presentation.
The Continence Foundation of Australia will be represented at the Gold Coast Seniors Health & Lifestyle Expo at Broadbeach. Come by our stall and speak with our Health Promotion Officer, Agnes Kesmarki, to find out more about bladder and bowel health.
