Go Against the Flow

A program to raise awareness of pelvic health among younger women.

The national Go Against the Flow program started in 2017 with the goal of answering the question ‘Why do I pee when I cough, sneeze or laugh?’.

Through videos and articles, we explain why 1 in 10 young women may experience incontinence and what they can do about it.

We want to see young women empowered to: Be Aware, Be Strong, Be Empowered – Go Against the Flow.

In 2026, we’re refreshing our website and socials, so these will be offline until late 2026/early 2027.

Go Against the Flow is funded by the State Government of Victoria and supported by Continence Health Australia.
