Professor Rosemary Calder AM is a founding member of
Continence Health Australia and a leader in health and aged care policy. She is Director of the Australian Health Policy Collaboration at Victoria University and has held senior roles in both state and federal health departments.

Lesley Barton, Director

Director
Lesley Barton is a qualified Continence Nurse Specialist, Midwife and Educator with expertise in continence care, skin health and wound management. She contributes nationally and internationally through education, clinical governance and auditing, and chairs key committees supporting quality, research and strategic initiatives.

Celia Bolton, Director

Celia Bolton

Director
Celia Bolton, a physiotherapist since 1998, has served on the Continence Health Australia Board since 2021. Her career spans public and private hospitals, a pelvic pain clinic and 25 years in private practice. She brings expertise in pain neuroscience and trauma-informed care and holds an AICD Company Directors qualification.

Jacinta Crickmore draws on her healthcare sales
background and long-standing involvement with Continence Health Australia. She chairs the Consumer Advisory Committee and serves on the Board as a consumer representative, advocating for improved
experiences for people living with incontinence.

Kate Moore, Director

Professor Kate Moore is an Emeritus Professor at UNSW
and founding Director of the Pelvic Floor Unit at St George Hospital. A member of Continence Health Australia since 1991, she chairs the Education Committee and focuses her research on detrusor overactivity and bacterial cystitis.

Claire Richards is a Partner at KPMG with expertise in risk,
governance and compliance. She advises the health, ageing, disability and education sectors, focusing on integrity and community trust in service outcomes.

Dr Kathryn Sloots, Director

Dr Kathryn Sloots

Director
Dr Kathryn Sloots is a Registered Nurse and researcher with expertise in bowel and bladder continence care. She has published widely, presented at conferences, and contributes to national and state committees of Continence Health Australia.
