National Continence Helpline

Call 1800 33 00 66 – staffed by nurse continence specialists, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm AEDT/AEST. We manage 15,000 calls a year, providing free and confidential advice and support for bladder, bowel and pelvic health concerns.
