National Continence Helpline
For free and confidential information, advice and support for people living with incontinence, and their carers and health professionals, speak to a Nurse Continence Specialist on the National Continence Helpline. Call 1800 33 00 66 from Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm AEDT/AEST.
You can also request a callback at a time that suits you during business hours:

Services provided in New South Wales
We no longer provide direct clinical services from our NSW office. If you were previously a client, you can contact us to discuss service options or obtain copies of your records.
You can continue to access national programs such as our National Continence Helpline (1800 33 00 66) and clinical education programs.
In New South Wales, we work in partnership with NSW Health to provide the following health promotion and education opportunities:
- health promotion for community groups (including online and some face-to-face presentations)
- multicultural and indigenous resources and supports
- telephone and email assistance.

We’d love to hear from you. Whether you have a complaint, compliment or concern, your feedback helps us learn and improve. Every comment helps us deliver the highest quality services for our community.
How you can provide feedback
If you would like to provide feedback or make a complaint, you can:

Feedback can be anonymous if you wish.
Our process
We take all feedback seriously and will investigate any concerns in a timely manner. During our investigation we may contact you for more information. We aim to resolve your concerns within 3 weeks. However, if for some reason we can’t investigate and resolve the complaint within this timeframe, we will let you know and provide an estimate of the time required.
Any investigation will be made by someone independent of the area being investigated.
You will receive advice of any outcomes.
Independent sector bodies that may be able to help
We understand that on some occasions you may wish to take your complaint to an independent organisation. It is your right to seek independent advice or support when making a complaint.
Below is a list of some of the organisations that can support and assist you.
NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission: works to improve the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services.
Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission: if you have concerns about the quality of care or services subsidised by the Australian Government.
Older Person’s Advocacy Network (OPAN): provides free, confidential and independent support to older people seeking or receiving government-funded aged care services, their families and representatives.
Australian Guardianship and Administration Council: contact details for the public advocates in each state and territory that promote the rights, interests and dignity of people with disability.
