What can help reduce stress incontinence
- Pelvic floor exercises – making these muscles stronger can help you hold on longer
- Support from a health professional – talk to a nurse continence specialist, pelvic health physiotherapist or GP (doctor) for strategies to help improve bladder control.
- If you’re not satisfied with the advice from a health professional, you have the option to seek a second opinion from another qualified health professional.
