Personal Statement
My involvement with both the National and Victorian Continence Foundation of Australia reflects my long-term commitment to giving back to the community. It also reflects my strong commitment to human rights, ethical behaviour, and consumer focused care. As an experienced leader, with significant expertise in strategic planning, digital transformation and people management, I believe I have a skill set very relevant to dealing with current and future issues facing the Foundation.
In the last two years I have been an active member of the Foundation Finance and Audit committee and also the National Policy advisory committee as well as being chair of the Victorian State Education and Activity Committee and former chair of the Victorian Continence Resource Centre. As a qualified Chartered Accountant with an MBA I can complement the range of health professionals on the Board.
